The ingredients of dishes and meats, fresh and genuine, coming from crops and orchards of the area such as extra virgin olive oil and other products when they are in season will be offered only organically grown.

We will offer Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, local vegetables, canned and traditional pastries, many organic products and especially the three principals of the slow-food Madonie Park.

Organic products of the territory that you can pick and eat and let your friends enjoy taking them with you to return from your vacation.

Also arrange for you regional cooking classes, practical classes on growing techniques of typical Sicilian products.
